In accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Rules of
Organization and Functioning of O.F.E., the Members of the
O.F.E. Board approved the additions and amendments to
Article 1 and Article 3 of the Rules of Organization and
Functioning of O.F.E. sent, as proposals, to the Members of
the O.F.E. Board on September 8, 2025.
